Functional Consultant

About the Role

As a Functional Consultant, you sit between the client's business teams and the delivery team — translating how a business actually operates into a working Dynamics 365 configuration. You'll run discovery workshops, document processes, configure the system and support testing and training through go-live.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with client stakeholders
• Document current and target-state business processes
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central or Commerce) to match requirements
• Support data migration validation and user acceptance testing
• Deliver end-user training and go-live support
• Work with the techno-functional and development team to scope customisations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (any module) or a comparable ERP
• Strong understanding of core business processes — finance, procurement, inventory or sales
• Comfortable leading workshops and translating business language into system requirements
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
